Our Strength and Conditioning programs are all individually created for the client's specific needs. We provide the client with feedback based on an individual detailed evaluation. This unique approach provides the client with an individualized program that will improve performance, reduce the chance of injury, and teach life long healthy movement patterns.
Our evaluations are incredibly detailed. They are designed to find the smallest issues.. all the way to dysfunctional movement patterns. A combination of measuring certain ranges of motion, biomechanics, and a detailed history is just the start.
Our eval is what makes us different.
Come experience it today.
Our programs are carefully created based off the findings on the evaluation. They are then tailored to the individuals needs and wants. The most difficult issue for most fitness programs is understanding the progressions/ regressions with exercise prescription. This understanding leads to awesome results, less injuries, better movement, and most of all helping you to become the best version of yourself.
