Our evaluations are incredibly detailed. They are designed to find the small issues which result in dysfunctional movement patterns. A combination of measuring certain ranges of motion, biomechanics, and a detailed history is just the start.

Our programs are carefully created based off the findings of the evaluation. They are then tailored to your needs and wants. Difficulties in many fitness programs stem from the lack of understanding of the progressions and regressions in exercise prescription. Here at TTG, our knowledge and focus on these points lead to awesome results, less injuries, better movement, and most of all helping you to become the best version of yourself.
Our strength and conditioning programs are individually created for your specific needs. We provide you with feedback based on an individual detailed evaluation. This unique approach provides you with an individualized program that will improve performance, reduce the chance of injury, and teach life-long healthy movement patterns.
The process starts when you contact us to ask for an evaluation. We schedule you in, and on the day you come in we give you a detailed evaluation. We talk about your goals, injury history, and anything else that may play a role in your fitness journey. We take you on a tour of the gym and get you a free TTG T-shirt!

Once we have completed your evaluation, it'll take us about a week to write an individual program based on your needs and goals. When it's ready, we will schedule you to come in and start training!
Based on our discussions during the evaluation, you can start training either 1-1 with a trainer, or in a semi-private group with 2-3 other clients. You may also choose to start out 1-1 and transition to a semi-private group as you become more comfortable with your program.
