 Our Strength and Conditioning programs are all individually created for the client's specific athletic needs.  We provide the client with feedback based on an individual detailed assessment.  This unique approach provides the client with a program that will improve athletic performance, reduce the chance of injury, and teach life long healthy movement patterns.

One of the original founders of TTG. Ian has been in Strength & Conditioning for almost 12 years now. He has worked in the MLS, NCAA, and NPSL. He enjoys rock climbing and his favorite lift is the hang clean and three finger pull-ups

Our Director of Sports Performance here at TTG. Ben currently works in the NCAA and in house. Ben is known for his expertise in breaking down mechanics and is a plyometric master. Ben enjoys a good Italian meal and his favorite lift is single leg deadlifts.

Our Nutrition and Research Director here at TTG. She is nothing but an amazing wave of energy, knowledge, and talent. She brings her nutrition expertise to all of our clientele. Danye enjoys the magic of Disney world and podcasting.  Her favorite lift is hip thrust!
