TTG will be holding a summer camp focused solely on the development of explosive speed! Athletes will develop correct body mechanics and angles, building explosive power and stability, and work on reducing ground contact time. SPOTS ARE LIMITED to maintain a quality coach-to-athlete ratio, so registration is on a first come first serve basis! Once registration is finalized, a schedule will be determined that best meets all athlete's availability.
Dates: 6 weeks (July 14th - August 21st)

This unique approach provides the client with a program that will improve athletic performance, reduce the chance of injury, and teach life long healthy movement patterns.
